Alright, guess I'll start it off...just modified a "chocolate cake" recipe from the recipe section of the low carb forums...

1 tsp butter
2 tsp chocolate stevia powder (if tolerable) or 12 drops stevia and lemon, or vanilla, or preferred flavor
1 egg

microwave butter until hot (microwave with chocolate stevia powder if using it) somewhere around 45 seconds

add egg and flavor and beat away with fork

microwave additional 45 seconds

there you have it!! some sort of yummy sweet cake thing..i was pleasantly surprised!
