oookkkk... I see where SB'ers "start with a small amount" of this or that.. then go back for more if still hungry. But I cant find the answer to this question with a search, so if someone knows or could direct me in the general direction I'll be glad to look for myself :)
What if you're just not hungry? Are you supposed to still eat 5 x a day (phase I) < thereby increasing calories, which I know are not counted, but will count someday :D > BUT.. keeps the body's metabolism going???
Is the 3 meals and 2 snacks plus sweet treat :exclm: (6x) :exclm: just an option to keep people satisfied while going through the "induction phase" so to speak.. or is there some reasoning behind it that will help the weight loss?
I gotta tell ya.. forcing food down when I dont want it is pretty revolting. Also, a lack of appetite and control over the quantities of food I ingest are things to be cherished in my world. When the FD's wake up and start roaring.. it's all out the window and on like donkey kong! I looked at SF sweet treats last night.. then chunked them out of my buggy. Im not wanting them right now, and I tiptoe so around the FD's that I think I'd be begging for trouble having something around me that I cant control once I DO start eating them.
So, for right now, my inclinations are to let sleeping food demons lie.
Advice anyone?
