Anyone have these?
I'm so pissed off! I accidentally had two glasses of Sunkist instead of the Diet Sunkist. I work so hard to stay on track and now I wasted so much sugar carbs on a stupid beverage that was a mistake!
Ugh... All that sugar for nothing

I've always been told, if in doubt, leave it out. Unless you are absolutely sure.
This is a lifestyle woe, this is just a blip. Carry on :)

Thanks. I know... I know... it's a WOE. Just a stupid mistake. I'm all calmed down now :)
I remember when I first started this 5 years ago, my second day I drank a regular coke instead of a diet... it just irks me more than other mistakes.

Been there, done that. Nothing makes me more angry about a cheat than when it is accidental. Some people just don't understand that low carb means NO SUGAR. Just shake your head and move on. I have actually tasted a soda and if it didn't taste "diet" I make someone who is with me taste it too. If there is a doubt, I won't drink it. I have gotten into the habit of buying my own 20 oz bottle and taking it into places "just in case". My husband was apalled at first, but now just automatically stops at a gas station for me to run in and grab a soda if I am going to drink one. If we don't have time to stop, I'll just drink water.

I had this happen in the movies.I was dying of thirst and took a huge swig of coke. I worried it was going to make me crave sugar.......

I went through a phase when I was basically paranoid about this... i would order diet coke at restaurants and i would totally question whether or not it was really diet... i've gotten better about it... also, there's definitely an after taste with dc.
I've noticed that diet pepsi throws me off... it takes like the real thing and freaks me out!

I still get paranoid about ordering sugar free coffee from a restaurant. I always make my son taste test it if he is there.
