Almond Brownie

Anyone know how to calculate or actually know the real carb count on this bar? Far as I can figure it, it has 15grams of impact carbs :help:

It depends somewhat on the individual and how they count their carbs. For me, the bar would have 21g carbs, period. I don't experience a bad gastrointestinal effect from sugar alcohols. Therefore, I don't deduct them.

For the average person, it would contain a minimum of 19g net carbs. For those who deduct SAs, it would be 14g net carbs.

The calculations give a calorie count of 233, so the numbers on the label appear to be accurate, when one takes rounding off into account. :)

I do get the runs with sugar alcohols, so you would be right, 14 grams.
My hubby brought it home because it was cheaper than the atkins bars. That is not low carb for me though :lol:
