.............I dont know what happen......?......
Right after my Breakfast (morning) .......
(2 eggs 2 bacon 1 chicen liver with a few onions)...then had tall mug of coffe+1/2 & 1/2 (3 tesp)+1 piece of 70% chocolate (think, it was around...8.30-9 am)
I was SO bussy all morning...did not pay attention to time....and it was 3 o'clock when I had my lunch...BUT before I ate...gee.....
..................my BS----199...wow!!!wow!!!...?...?...

L:
1 small avocado+1/2 tomato+1/4 onion mix with olive oil and drops of lemon...on...
1 vasa cracker

(...gee....Im free of my meds ( I want it-so badly)...going LC till now it was working fine.

...OK ------- so one hour after am 134....what's going on ?.....

you know what you did and now you know what you shouldn't do... :)

If you went more than 8 hours and your breakfast was high in protein, it may have triggered your liver into Gluconeogenesis. I'm not an expert on this, just a thought.........

What was the number that you were expecting? What do you think would have been nomal for you at that time, considering what you had eaten?

Maybe, since you were busy, you might have forgotten about something you ate also... :):)

When I gorge on protein at night I get really high readings the next day, as if I had had a bunch of carbs almost.

A few nights ago I was super hungry and I ate quite a lot of chicken. More than normal by a mile. Anyway, the next morning my FBG was over 120!!! It's usually in the low 100's.

You had a liver dump because you went too long without eating.

I always have a high reading in the mornings. Should I eat something before I go to bed and what? Thanks
