Went in my pantry this morning to pull out some Dixie Diner muffin mix and found a package of Maple Oat Granola I had forgotten I had bought. This stuff is really good. I ate it as cereal with some soy milk but will have to see if I can find some Hood milk at the grocery store.
It's just 4 net carbs per 1/3 cup. I'm on maintenance so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone on induction.
