That is one of the things that I was having a hard time craving. I love it on my scrambled eggs in the morning. I am so happy that I can go back to Katchup in the morning, now I hope it tastes good. It is sweetened with sucralose, and that is OK I hope.

We have a new store in town called No Frills. It is part of Superstore and Extra Foods. It is Presidents Choice and it says Sauce Style Ketchup on it. It is part of the Blue Menu Line, just another note it says no artificial colours or flavors...I think that maybe Loblaws is part of that as well I am not sure.
Also on the
Top it states that it is only 1g of carbs.

We have President's choice blue line ketchup that is sugar free. It still has carbs but no sugar. I though Heinz made a sugar free ketchup too but I haven't seen it here.

K-Rogers (Korgers) has the Heniz "one carb" brand. It tastes good.

Look in the kitchen forum for recipes. I've tried several & they're good & lots cheaper. You may have to look under kechup & catsup. In any case, they're under condiments, if I remember correctly.

Wow! Just went looking & couldn't find any for the life of me. I was sure I found them on this site. My CRS seems to be kicking in. :help:
Try googling SF ketchup (or catsup) recipes.

I use Heinz Reduced Sugar ketchup, which is the new label for the One Carb.
I found this recipe for ketchup/catsup (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=149052) in the Kitchen forum. :)

Do you find it is more vinegar-y? The Heinz low-carb ketchup was WAY too acidic and it hurt my mouth.
I'll skip ketchup, or just use the tiniest amount to avoid that all that acidity.

I dunno about cheaper. You have to buy (or at least I would) a bunch of stuff and it will only be good for a couple of weeks. One carb was about 2.69$ and will last a year. :p
