Looks like I'll be starting all over tomorrow! I had some peanut butter cookie dough,I was craving it sooooo bad! Then I had a full glass of apple juice, then some sweet tea.
I have a little girl & it's hard at times for me since I can't wipe everything out of the kitchen.
I feel like I really let myself down....
This is my 2nd attempt at losing weight in 8yrs(gained weight with help from meds) & I just feel awful now because I do want the weight off.
Tomorrow's a new day & I'll start all over.....
Thanxs for listening(((hugs)))

Heya
Lets face it, we've all done it at one point or another! (and if you haven't your either a liar or a saint, LOL!)
You just need to pick yourself up, dust yourself down and get back to it tomorrow, and don't stress if you stall at the same weight this week.
Make sure you go back on track straight away, and don't say I've blown it, I may as well splurge the rest of the day, because that will make you feel even worse! :)
Good Luck!

Get up, dust yourself off, and continue on! :)
The only thing that can cause you to fail is if you don't get up after you fall!

Hey Tiger,
You have the right attitude. Tomorrow is a new day. If you get right back onto things, little damage is done.
As for what you had, could you maybe do low carb substitutions? Natural peanut butter sweetened with splenda might work, instead of the "real" dough. No, it's not induction-friendly, but it is not as bad as the sugary stuff. If you actually enjoy apple juice, I have seen packets of sugar-free drink mix that are apple juice-flavored. Same with the sweet tea---there is a particular brand that makes bottled sugar-free sweet tea. It's good, too.

You know, I have three little girls and they don't get any of that stuff. Broccoli gets big cheers of excitement from them. It is possible to keep your family ow carb, too. You'll be fine - this is just one day in a long life - you didn't blow anything!

Thanxs everyone, I'll look & see about the drink mix & also about getting rid of everything "bad" to eat in the house. It wouldn't hurt my daughter either!

Today went GREAT!
Excellent news Tiger, well done on getting back on track straight away :D
Have you thought about using the journal function on the site to track stuff like that easier?
