I have been looking everywhere and cant find where to get either wheat gluten flour or soya powder (flour). All I seem to find is soya protein powder.
Does anyone know any shops that sell it? or online where they have bought it from?
any help would be great
cheers

You can usually find soy flour in Holland and Barrett. Gluten flour you will have to order on-line I think. You can get both at Low-Carb Megastore (http://www.lowcarbmegastore.com/baking/ingredients/) Sorry I can't help more; I consider both these 'foods' to be poison, so I don't eat them.

Before buying large quantities of soy flour, do get a small pack and try a few recipes. You may discover the 'distinctive' flavour of soy flour doesn't agree with you! :Puke:
I do use a small amount of vital wheat gluten in some recipes and don't detect any unusual taste. I get mine from www.lowcarbmegastore.com
