Hi guys
I'm new here so a big hello to everyone before I get started.
My local supermarket has just got pineapple vinegar in and I'm wondering if this could be an alternative to apple cider vinegar for candida diet followers. Pineapple is well known for the digestion-aiding enzymes that it contains but I'm well aware of the negative associations that most vinegars have for candida. The product is Asian (I'm in Thailand) and offers limited information on the bottle other than to say it's produced by 'natural fermentation'.
I take apple cider vinegar before every meal to control the acid reflux that candida causes me but it's very expensive and this pineapple vinegar is much cheaper (I guess because pineapples are abundant here) so could save me a lot of money.
Anybody care to offer any opinions on whether this product could be of any use to candida sufferers?
Cheers
