i noticed the turkey burgers i have have 1 gram of carbohydrates. i also noticed that in its ingredients, maltodextrin is listed.
should i just totally avoid this burger?

This is the first ingredient listed on my boxes of Sugar Twin (Canada) so I assume it is okay. Don't forget to count the carb though.
