I use Mission lc whole wheat fajitas (they also make lc/ww tortillas). They are a little smaller than tortillas and only 4g net carbs per fajita. Not sure if they're the best but they're what's available around me.

I have found that the only ones i havent' gotten sick of are "josephs" brand pitas and flatbreads....they sell them at most walmarts and if you do a google search you can find them online.

A whole round pita has 8g carbs with 4g fibre.....and i usually only need half. They are the lowest i've seen. They dont have the wierd taste most do. My boys are the worst, pickiest eaters and they eat them more than i do..lol.

My favorite is the La Banderita Low Carb Soft Taco. They are 5 g carbs per piece, but they are considerably larger than the 4 g carb Mission brand. I've tried both the Mission and the La Tortila Factory soft tacos (tortillas), but I like the La Banderita best. One thing that I like to do with them is to fry them til they are crunchy in coconut oil, then sprinkle cinnamon and a splenda packet on them, and eat them as dessert.

I also like Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran, and Whole Wheat low carb pitas. They're my absolute favorite low carb "breadstuff."
