I went overboard and ordered a freaking truck load of SF chocolate soy milk since they no longer carry Calorie Coundown Chocolate milk where I live. Actually I didn't order a truck load, just a case from Netrition.com. Well when I opened the first box, the expiration date was Jan '09, no worries -I know we will drink these up before that date. But then I opened the second box and the expiration on these 12 cartons were all Sept '08. I was so mad at Netrition - I tried calling customer service, but they were closed, so I emailed. I am expecting netrition to delivery me 12 fresh cartons at no charge, but we will have to wait and see. My dh tells me unopened soy milk doesn't go bad, is this true? Also, how good is netrition with their customer service? Am I going to be bothered with returning these dang milks?

The Netrition folks are pretty nice. They'll probably replace it for you without any questions or problems.

In one of my shipments last winter, a bottle of something was broken due to freezing weather. Even though I had acknowledged on my order that I understood that could happen, Netrition replaced it for me with no argument. :)
