I'd like a weight loss ticker at the bottom of my posts can somebody tell me how? Also, how do I post my weight loss in the top corner of my posts?

Go to tickerfactory.com and design your ticker. On the last page there, you will see 2 codes. Copy the entire bbc code. Then come back here, click on UserCP on the left end of the green tool bar. Click on "Edit Signature" in the menu you will see on the left. Paste the bbc code into the box, and click "Preview." If you like the way your ticker looks, then click on "Save." :)
