I CANNOT figure out how to start a new thread, anywhere but HERE. I can't find anything to click on. How do I do that, where do I go ???
Thanks a LOT for your help. Sorry, not too good at computer stuff, don't do chat rooms etc... :help:
I see how to answer existing threads, just not how to start a new one, etc. in other forums.

Click on Active Low-Carber Forums (above under the "tree")
They will all come up.
Choose the forum you want to write in.
Click on "New Thread"
