hello all,
4th day on induction,,, feeling good,, can anybody let me know if it is ok to eat coleslaw while doing induction??????

Fine if you make your own (shred cabbage and mix with mayo). Otherwise read labels. Some places do excellent low carb coleslaw, other's have lots of sugar and strange ingredients.
