I was drinking a lot of those Crystal Light single serves at work before I started L/C and continued for a lil while after I started, but realized they have aspertame, so nixxed them!
Found that 4C and Liptons use sucralose!!
But do you count each of those packets as 1g carb? Same with the full size 2quart mixers.. any carbs in there even tho the label says 0?

Ohh... FYI - the 4C Vitamin Stix (single serv) in Dragonfruit/ACAI flavor is soo good!!

If it's a liquid product, it is probably sweetened with liquid sucralose. I don't count liquids.

Almost all powdered mixes contain maltodextrin, to prevent caking, so those should be counted. (IMO, anyway. :) )
