Hi everyone,

I'm a little to the west in the Peterborough area. I found this site today and was so excited to see postings from Canada.

I've been in the area for about 4 years now and I'm enjoying it. Prior to that I lived in the West End in Vancouver for about 20 years. Hope the Vancouver crew enjoy their lunch today.

I've been low carbing for awhile now and couldn't be happier with the positive effects it's had on my health.

Hello everyone! I just joined this forum last night. I live in Ajax, Ontario. Looking forward to making some "low-carb" friends. I've been going alone most of the time - been low-carbing since July 2002 & only other person I knew on the plan bailed out in the fall. I just went to the Health Plus Nutition Centre at 145 Kingston Road East in Ajax (across from Costco on Hwy 2). They are carrying more Keto Brand & Atkins products. Also bought some Ross Chocolates there (only 3.0 carbs for a bar). :wave:
