To keep my calories and fat high, I find that in the morning when I don't want to cook anything or just can't face meat or eggs, I will soften 3-4oz. of cream cheese and add 1 TBSP of whipping cream to it as well as 1 TBSP of a splenda sweetened fruit preserve(smuckers raspberry). I'll mix really well(almost whipped) and then eat it like yogurt. Tastes really great and is so easy to do.

I'm sorry but I don't have carb counts for it.

Have you ever made it ahead and eaten it from the frig?
It sounds really good.
I would love to have a few different flavors of it ready in the frig for my daughter to grab on the way out the door :)

I often eat cream cheese and stir in a bit of sf syrup. :yum:
