Woo Hoo!!! I finally did it....100 pounds lost today...Many stops and starts ...but I finally made it...I am at a lower weight now than I have been in about 18 years....it feels wonderful and I am looking forward to meeting my goal by the end of the year. (fingers crossed)..This is an awesome WOL and it works so well...To everyone here, you have been wonderful support and I think this website is just the best. Good luck to you all!!!
