just curious why watermelon is on the "Food to Avoid/Eat Rarely" list. Isn't it a LC, low sugar fruit?

You can have it when you are at goal and maintaining....its a very high sugar fruit. :agree:

All tropical fruits are high in sugar...pineapple, mango, papaya...watermelon. ;)

We can have other melons...cantaloupe, honeydew...yum!! :cool:
