I wonder if anyone uses agave nectar to sweeten with ? I also use stevia and like that real well. I found out about agave nectar on the Sugar Busters bd. I find I still lose weight while using it in moderate amounts. It is nicer to bake with than stevia.
As I understand the glycemic level is from 11 to 30 something, depending on the brand/type lower than sugar or honey. I haven't seen mention of it in any Schwarzbein books, but it is natural.

Yes, I have plenty of currently unused agave nectar in my cupboard. It tastes great. I also have brown rice syrup, xylitol, stevia, erythitol, splenda, Sweet 'n' Low saccharin, Sugar Twin brown granulated, WeeBee Honey raw pesticide free, local honey. I'm off all sweeteners now and it's saving me a ton of money, plus eliminating cravings.
