Ok. So I've been going back and forth about Candida and if I have it. What is this spit test you all are talking about?

Ok, I tried it. My spit sinks like a stone and it's very cloudy and stringy. I can't imagine how bad it was BEFORE I rearranged my whole life to fight candida...

I used tap water though - does that really make a difference?
