Hey fellow dirty jerzy low carbers ;-)
I'm down in Toms River in Ocean County

Just joined and figured my first post should be local ;-)
I did it a few years back and lost 50lbs but gave up and gained it all back.. then lost about 25 on a low cal/fat diet while hitting gym 5-6 days/week, but just hit a plateau 3 months back... Decided to give this a shot again and started last wed 9/3

I see theres a few of us from the Monmouth/Ocean county area... anyone know of any good stores with a good selection of l/c products?? There was a place down here in toms river that had some great moose but went outta business years ago :-/

There is a store in West Long Branch but I can't remember the name or address. When I find it I will post.

Ptrcmcc6... Im actually right off Rt. 70 on the way to Whiting... right past the big WaWa where they were doing all that construction.. the next light (whitesville rd/rt.527) is where I go a block into my townhouse complex

Janice... Id really appreciate it if you could let me know the name of the store if you come across it... Im up in that area frequently too since Ive got family in Monmouth Beach... Thanks!!

The LC store is called Steven Drugs at 349 Monmouth Rd in West Long Branch (intersection of 71 and Wall St.) It appears to be a surgical supply store but attached to the side is the health food store.

Thx Janice! Ill have to check it out next time I'm up there... the 2 things im missing are the l/c ketchup and moose... hopefully theyll have at least the ketchup...
