I just completed my fifth week. Since beginning phase two I have added back the following: Fruit once a day
dark chocolate(85% cocoa) once a day
a glass of wine a few nights a week
and my newest addition.... sweet potato. It was so delicious and didn't need any butter or anything. Natures candy!

I can't beleive how easy this has become a part of my life. I have 0 cravings for junk and have actually started to see things like fruit and sweet potatos as treats. Amazing!

Yeah! Congratulations!! I know what you mean by the "cravings". I have only been on SB for four days now and my cravings are practically non-existent. It's amazing how fast those cravings go away when you're eating the right things.

Great job on 5 weeks!!!!

Yes. I lost 12 lbs in phase one and since then my weekly losses have been as follows: 1.4, 2.2, 1.7. I hope I can continue losing at this rate for a while. Thanks for the support.

This is strange. Somehow I a seperate user name on my home computer. JMR410 and JMRioux are both me. I'm sure its my own fault. I'll figure out how to fix it somehow.
