just wondering if it actually tastes like porridge? do you add water? would it taste nicer with soya milk? (virtually carb free soya milk)

Oat meal Is the one thing besides chocolate I miss the most but on all those websites of products it never says what all the other incredients are. For all I know it's full of sugar alcohols or aspatarme or processed fats. :(

It sounds great but I wish I could see a list of incredients. Obviously it's not real oatmeal.

You can try your own "faux oatmeal" instead using almond flour. Put a few spoons of the almond flour in a bowl, then add some cinnamon, a little SF maple syrup and 1-2 Tbsp cream. Stir and microwave 1-2 minutes until it "puffs" up. Top with lots of yummy butter. :D You can really use whatever flavorings you want.

serving size says 35grams thats a usual amount isnt it?

because on cereal on the nutrition info its always '30g and semi skimmed milk'
