OK, I know this is disgusting but...... my urine smells kinda like sulfar. Is it all the eggs that I am eating? I drink a lot of water so I know that I am not dehydrated. I just keep tellimg myseld that maybe it is the smell of ketosis!!!! :lol: Any ideas?

My guess...ketosis. That is a good thing...keep it up.

Lots of foods can stink up the pee. Asparagus is notorious. I had some carob and the day I did, and the day after, my pee was definitely different.

And yes, ketosis can make some changes in things like pee, sweat and body odor. It'll go away as your body adjusts.

Ketosis makes my pee smell too - it goes away, thank god. Really freaked me out the first time it happened!

Have you bought the Keto-Strips? For most people they will let you know if you are in ketosis and after while you will learn to recognize the smell and not have to pay an arm and a leg for them.
