I started exercising last week and I try to go 3-4 times a week.
I always seem to do the same workout....for now anyway.
20 mins treadmill
20 nautilus machine.
That's it.

Glad you started an exercise journal! I look forward to reading about your progress. Make sure you take your measurements--its great to watch the loss of inches!!!
