After three years, I have finally run out of my stockpile of Carbsense pancake mix, which is no longer manufactured. I will be buying a different brand of pancake mix on Netrition, and I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations.

They have Flax-Z-Snax, Maple Grove Farms, New Hope Mills...

Has anyone tried any of these and found them not too bad?

PS - I have tried making pancakes from CarbQuik, but I don't really care for the taste, and they make me feel very weird after I eat them! I know that is a good choice for many other people though.

My vote is for Dixie Carb counters pancake mix also sold at netrition.

I love waffles made from New Hope Mills (netrition.com). They are great tasting and I always add a dash of cinnamon to the mix.
