Happy Monday - I'm in a great mood - lost 10 pounds and leaving tomorrow for vacation - still not at my goal weight but this 10 pounds has put me back in most of my clothes so I'm going nuts with "new" wardrobe...anyway on to my question ;)

What vitamin mixes are you guys taking? We've just run out of about all our vitamins and we were taking
1 multivitamin
1 calcium (out)
1 B-complex (out)
2 C
2 chromium (out)
1 E
Acidophilus after meals (just me for suspected candidas overgrowth)

I'm exercising for about an hour 3 to 4 times a week cardio/weight training. And BF will be starting exercise this week.
I'm planning on going to health food store after work and would like to get your opinions on what I might be missing.

What U listed seems to be what U need to be taking. Does the calcium have magnesium? If not I would add that. Also what about flax seed oil? It seems to be something everyone could use to get the omega-3 fatty acids.

Hi Carrie!

Have you read this thread (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=31179)?

I don't mean to cut the conversation short; I really enjoyed reading that thread and hope others will continue to add.

Thanks for the attached message link. I ended up getting the above list of vitamins, but after taking them - the next day, for about 3 or 4 hours I felt dizzy and light headed.

Has anyone any experience with feeling dizzy after taking vitamins? I take them at night - just can't stomach them in the morning. Maybe I should split them up but I don't know which ones might be a "dizzy" culprit.

Will probably just have to add one at a time and see which one gives me the trouble.
