Hello, just had a couple of questions about PP - I know I need to read the book and will do so but in the meantime I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out here first!
1 - I am 5"4 (163 cm) and weigh approx 62 kilos. What is my recommneded amount of protien per day?
2 - Are you allowed cream on PP?
3 - What is the meal plan in a nutshell?
I have looked at the PP site but can't seem to fins any of this info.
Thanks in advance!

Hi, Bimeyswasp.
At five-four and about 136 lbs, you should be pretty close to your ideal weight, depending on your current lean body mass. You should aim for at least 66g protein per day if you don't have much LBM and aren't very active, up to 81g protein per day if you're muscular and/or more active. But remember, it's a minimum. Don't gorge on protein, but make sure you get at least your minimum.
Yes, you can have cream.
The 'meal plan' in a nutshell is on the PP forum, in the Getting Started section, forum: "Protein Power at a Glance."

Hope this helps.

Thanks Gaelen...one more question! Which PP book is best - I'm not really interested in the science behind it, and I would like a fairley easy read. :)

If you just want a 'how-to', there's a very small paperback called 'The 30 day low carb diet solution,' but for my money, I'd go with either PP or PPLP, since they have the charts in them to which you may find yourself referring. Hope this helps.
