For the last couple of days I have had times of feeling week and shaky. Like a Blood sugar drop.
For the most part I have done only meat, eggs, and cheese,,, and occasional Salad. Oh coffee in the mornings and around 120oz of water with lemon..
The only thing different i have added to my diet has been Coconut oil. I am cooking with it and I put a teaspoon in a small amount of coffee. (could that be it?)
I called the lady at the health food store she said I needed more carbs.

I wanted to be as strict as I can... I goal is to lose 50lbs in 3 months.
Since the 12th of May I have only lost 13lbs. Nothing lost since last Friday.

Any suggestions,,, I do not like this feeling....

Thank you

"for the most part" is an unknown in my book. I would wonder what the correlation is between feeling shaky and what you had been eating specifically. When I don't eat sugar in the first place, I don't get blood sugar drops. Might be affected by what's in the salad, or in the salad dressing.

50# in 90 days is a heck of a lot. 12-24# might be a more achievable target.

The only Carbs I have had, and not on a daily basises, is lettuce, fresh spinach, green onion, cheese, olive oil. I have had raddishes, and green olives.
Only yesterday and today have I have Whole Natural Almonds.
Then I started the Coconut oil this week also.

The only time I have ever recalled feeling like that is when I have gone way to long with out eating in my old eating life.
But this happened with 1 hr to 1 1/2 hr from the time of breakfast.
After I ate the Almonds I did start feeling better, but I has taken a while to feel stable again.

When I start to feel "weak" I take 2 B-complex vitamins and I feel tons better. I also have magnesium/potassium pills that I might add if I feel really bad.
