It's a pretty good read, though he keeps mentioning eating insects and doesn't seem to have any recommendations or pretty pictures of people doing so. A lot of his points seem to have cropped up here before, I wonder if he's a reader/contributor... the bit about the sweet tooth having developed because poisonous plants are rarely sweet, I'm sure has been discussed in one of this forum's plant fights ;) Which reminds me... where is Kneebrace?

I don't think it is Kneebrace because Kneebrace was quite anti-paleo with his infatuation with dairy. Wait... am I thinking of the right person. Stuart from Australia?

Yeah, I didn't mean to imply he was behind the blog. Just that point about the sweet tooth reminded me of him and I realized I hadn't seem him post in some time.

i like my info on a spoon and without to much roughage.
