Well...I had a week off work last week. My husband took my two boys camping on Wednesday night, and by Thursday lunchtime I had turned myself into a carb inhaling monster. If it sat still, I ate it. I am utterly disgusted with myself. Why oh why did I do that?

Anyway...am back on the wagon and having kicked myself well and truly out of ketosis am now suffering the mother of all low carb headaches (that'll teach me).

So, back in induction mode. Anyone who feels like aiming their boot at a well covered rump, please, feel free

Congrats on getting back on track! Those headaches are the worst! I had one for 2.5 days this time.

OH NO the self-sabotauge monster has reared its ugly head. I finally realized after a long hard road that every time I reached a "goal" or received a compliment about my success I would fall. I have since realized that I was a little afraid of the successes. Get back on the horse, examine the slip for what it was to you, and ride hard because tomorrow is another day.
