Hi!
I have used CLA/GLA...read in a magazine CLA can be bad as it prevents absorbtion of fat into the fat cells... the fat then floats around aimlessly in your blood stream and attaches itself to your organs, heart kidney etc.
Has anyone else heard this? It concerns me as I have fatty liver.

thanx
Jeanette.

Never heard this. I take 4CLA in am and 3GLA in evening. Really helps with inches more than lbs. No problems.
Been on combo about 5 months.
Take Vitamin D and Fish Oil also.
66 yr. old married gal.
Good luck.

Have you tried fucoxanthin?? Fucothin from Garden of Life has some cool research behind it.

the producs efficacy for weight loss was actually a nice side effect for the study involved..they were doing a study of fucoxanthin on women with non-alchoholic fatty liver. Not only did it help these women with a fatty liver, but they also lost visceral bodyfat..alot more than placebo!!

So give that a try and see if that helps..it is better than CLA and actually contain CLNA..Conjugated linolenic Acid...

thank you so much I'll look into it.
Is this something I can get at my local HF store?

I found it at Safeway, you could probably get it anywhere.
