Should we rely on the foods that are provided by our local
grocer? Not a chance in my book. I love food! Don't get me
wrong. I love meat and veggies, fruit and cakes. But I know
that processed foods are not going to give me energy and
quality of life. We MUST supplement!

Poor nutrition is a huge factor in many of our medical
problems today. Give your body what it needs and desires and
it will work for you. You will have energy to go through a
full day. Energy to go for that walk or run.

My fiance' has had life-long allergies, all resolved since
finding our nutritional balance. He has lost 17 lbs. in 4
weeks, I call that Healthy!

BILLIONS of people do just that every time they shop for
food and it is by far the safest food ever to have existed
in all of time.

But don't let that stop you from measuring everything you eat,
popping pills and running on a treadmill for 12 hours a week.

Why not switch grocers?

(When I think of grocers, it's usually *greengrocers,*
who don't deal in processed food anyway -- certainly
not cakes!)

Oh Please. Billions are dirt poor. Nor is the food all that
safe, consider the can lacquers, plastic chemicals, prions,
and pesticides now found in the food supply. I'll grant there
is likely less moldy grain in the food supply than in the past
at least here in the first world.

As to exercise, back in the day when I exercised that much, it
was my meal ticket and more. Though most of the time it rarely
exceeded 7 hours and sometimes 9 hours. Back then I could do
the 4 minute mile for miles and miles and advanced push up
until serious boredom set in.

I appreciate the support. I am not saying you don't get
something from the foods that you eat. Just not what you need
for your body to work for you. As for the exercise, I don't
have that kind of time to devote to exercise - not to mention,
I am kind of lazy in that respect.

Even the American Medical Association affirms that we
Americans are the most over fed and under nourished country,
thus they recommend supplementing.

"July 2002 -- In a landmark article published June 19, 2002,
The Journal of The American Medical Association (JAMA)
announced that all adults should take vitamin supplements to
help prevent chronic diseases."
