How much cheese and what variety did you use??
Is this a 350 degrees dish??

I think I'll try it out this week.

Thanks

sorry about the last couple of details :-) it's a 350 - 375 dish - you know - you are just cooking it to heat it and melt the cheese since everythign is already cooked. Cheese - I have made it with cheader, swiss, and monteray jack - all are great - as for how much - i usually just cover the dish with it - usually a cup or so - I'm not big on measurements :-)

You can also use 4 eggs to give it more of a quiche like consistancy.
