I must have found this on some other website, but this is really good--
I took 3 large frozen strawberries, rinsed them off under cold water to get the ice off, pour a couple tablespoons of heavy cream over them, with 2 packets splenda, and mash it all together with a fork. Add more cream for desired consistency--voila!! Instant ice cream!!
