Does anyone now what the carb count on Ralph's Italian sugar free ices are - they don't list them on the website and don't have them at the stores?
Thanks

Sorry, I can't give you an answer off the top of my head, but have you checked out sites like Calorieking.com? I've used that many times to get an idea of foods I want to eat that didn't have nutritional information and plugged that information into Fitday. I took a quick look for you and while they don't like Ralph's I'm guessing you could just find a listing for Italian Ice and use it as a guide. It's not always foolproof, but it can give you a ballpark. Hope this helps!

That's the right Ralph's and they don't list their nutritional info - I am so addicted to their ices - and can't find a comparable brand - ah well - if I don't know it doesn't count - right :)

They have a contact email and phone number. You might want to ask them for the info.

Italian ices usually contain two ingredients - ice and syrup. Unless their ices contain visible pieces of fruit, it's fairly safe to assume that the carb count is 0. Sugarfree syrups are 0, so should be the ices.
