Hi,
I'm no vegetarian (I tried for years but it always left me sick and anemic) but I have a great appreciation for good vegetarian food (and not handling raw meat). :)
Someone recently asked for help with recipes for vegan desserts. I spent a lot of time pulling together recipes for her, but I think she never came back or forgot. Maybe this can be of use to someone else:

And since I'm over here, posting in your territory anyway, I'll point you to one of my favorite food blogs. It happens to be vegetarian. She has several low carb recipes:
Sundried Tomato Cottage Cheese Muffins (http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/cottage-cheese-muffins-recipe.html)
Butter-Toasted Hazelnuts (http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/buttertoasted-hazelnuts-recipe.html)

Pureed Mexican Sauce (not tomato salsa, not mole) (http://www.101cookbooks.com/archives/000325.html)

If you eat beans and lentils, there's a whole lot more over there.
I hope that helps someone. :)
