I have been on the detox for about a week now and it seems to be helping with the weight gain and stuff, however, i am having frequent bowel movements more than normal, and more of a loose stool or diarreah at times. I have also be getting slight headaches and have been tired. Is this a normal reaction to doing a detox for Candida?

Yes this is a normal reaction....unfortunately! These are simply yeast die of symptoms....
