my stepdad was a pretty big health nut... one day he came home with a huge supply of vitamins and pills (cant remember what they were), and told my mom and I we all had yeast, and we were going to eliminate it... he called it the candida diet(this was about 15 years ago)... i do recall feeling an insane amount of energy, even for a 15 year old... Wish I could remember what he had... Im sure he got all the pills from GNC...as he lived there pretty much. My mom cant remember what all was there either.. I do know I had to take about 20 pills a day.. Anyone?? Anyone?? I would love to give the candida diet another go.. thanks

they have a product at GNC called Candida. it has all the herbs and vitamins that you need combined in one pill now. You use to have to buy them all seperate, but with more and more people wanting to do this now, they've put it into one pill. It's about 30.00 CAN for 60 pills. :)
