PPLP has your minimum protein requirement at 40g per meal.

I also recentely restarted PPLP, and could not find my book. I checked out a couple of used book stores, and found a copy for about $5. :)

Good luck!

What is the formula for finding out your protein requirement?

There is a chart in the PPLP book where you look it up based on your current weigh and height. A woman of your height at your current weight requires 102g protein per day from the chart. Hope that helps.

I like PPLP - it was quite comprehensive. That was what was recommended to me, and it covers everything you need to know.
