Hi pals,
I am just learning how to respond and send messages thru this great support group. I got a msg from Karen and she said I am not getting enough calories. I thought I was not eating very much. But I do have a hard time eating alot of meat. I'm not a math person and all this talk about BLM or whatever and counting protein, fat grams and such scares me.

I weigh 179, have CFIDS,FMS and Wilson's Syndrome. I'm post hysterctomy and 53 years old.

Where can I get info on how much food etc I need?
LindaLee  :q:

Hi LindaLee

I think if you go to Fitday.com (http://) on the internet then you can input what you eat and that will tell you how you are doing for carbs, fats, proteins, etc. It will also tell you, for your lifestyle, how many calories you should be eating a day. Try to keep the calories up, near to the amount suggested. Add in extra fat, as necessary, from butter, oil, mayonnaise etc.
