I don't know what happened either. The entire websites at http://www.diabetes-book.com/ and http://www.thebernsteinconnection.com/ are gone right now.

OK, this link works:

http://www.diabetes-normalsugars.com/

They must have changed the domain name. But, the forum link on that page doesn't work.

I just checked and it looks like those two domain names expired yesterday.

I emailed someone close to him about the problem, and hopefully they'll renew the domain registration. You get a couple days grace period before someone can swipe them.

Hi, Star,
I'm having withdrawal symptoms too.
Hopefully, the forum will be back up shortly.
If not, I have the recipe book that they had in PDF format.

don't worry guys, nothing is lost and Greg is working on getting the forum up and running. He would've done so sooner but the holidays have slowed everything down.We are expecting being back online ASAP,hopefully by tuesday.

Anyone that wants to keep uptodate with info can check in on the d-solve chatroom ok? :)

Hi everyone,
I joined Dr. B earlier this month and have lost over 15 lbs so far, which is great. Easter weekend posed only a few challenges because I was putting on the dinner for family and was handling food items not allowed on Dr. B - including the preparation of the easter basket for the 8 yr old.

Has anyone successfully claimed the cost of vitamin injections from their extended benefits medical insurance plans? I'm in the process of submitting a claim to Manulife and am wondering what, if any, opposition the insurance carrier may be mounting?

hello Shrinkinvi,

This forum is for lowcarbers who are following and/or seeking support with one of the published low-carb programs for diabetics, including Dr. Richard Bernstein's "Diabetes Solution" and other plans which allow healthy amounts of fats and calories.

It seems you're following the Stanley B. starvation clinic diet, which is not the same thing at all. Our forum rules clearly state that proprietary, clinic-type diets cannot be supported or discussed here, as those programs require individualized medical supervision.

You might find the support you're seeking at .. http://www.drbforums.com/

Good luck to you :rose:
