Just wanted to remind everyone of the benefits of drinking herbal infusions (an infusion is just a tea that's steeped a little longer, usually about 10 minutes). Susun Weed recommends dandelion leaf, nettle, comfrey, red clover, and oatstraw. There are a lot of micronutrients and vitamins in teas made from these herbs. I always knock out a cold with a cup of dandelion leaf tea, which is very high in vitamin C. Nettle is a great restorative after TOM and also said to be good for health of the adrenal glands. Whole Foods carries these herbs in the bulk section with the spices. Or you can order online from Frontier or Pacific Botanicals. I'm not into taking a lot of supplements and find that these infusions really boost my energy and feeling of well-being. There's also info at susunweed.com.

You can also eat the herbal tea (tho not the actual bag), its a very healing body tonic. Of course you filter out some of the goodness in the tea, but the herbs THEMSELVES are quite beneficial. I've tried it, i noticed the effect on my skin the next morning, the skin all over, & my eyes were really bright.
Also on days i forgot my psylium husks (which are v.important to me, as i'll get stomach cramps & loose stools if i forget em) i noticed the "tea" acts in the same way, no cramps! BONUS  So if your budget was low, or you didn't have them with you (this is never an issue for me, they're on top of my list, in fact i wont start induction without them, i did once & had the runs & cramps for a week  never again im just obsessed with the skin healing properties i'm getting younger looking everyday, I almost look like my teenage self again, but a much more vibrant looking version) just collect all the herb tea bags you use in a smallish box in the fridge each day, make sure to rip off the top of the bag which normaly has a little staple in it.
When you want to use them, it can be fiddly & messy, so an easy way is to put a few bags in a jug of water and stir out the herbs, then you can see the bags floating around. It's best to have them blended up with a smoothie or protein drink, it acts like fibre. Its best because it masticates them for you, trying to chew them yourself leaves you spitting out pieces for the rest of the day. You can rinse your mouth out, quickly & easily after the drink this way
I initially started taking the tea with my psyllim husks, but i'm not sure that it wont just get swept out without a chance for proper absorption, so now i treat it as a green/plant based food.
Also just a caution to check that you don't add fruit teas when you're on induction, occasionally or by accident drinking a fruit tea on induction is not a problem for me, but i would not eat the actual pieces of strawberry the tea is flavoured with, absolutely not. And also to add the tonic tea to your daily carb count.

I only drink herb teas, the dark/black tea variety contains tannins which may cause problems with absorbtion these include; green, black, oolong, earl grey, rooibus (redbush), so don't include these in your herb cocktail. White tea has no tannins.
