Hi,
I was checking out the carb counts on Minced Garlic at the supermarket today and when I saw sugar in the ingredients I instantly put the item back on the shelf.
I found one (one!) that didn't have sugar in it. But it's carb count was around 1.5g higher, per 100g, than the ones with sugar!
Can anyone explain this to me? I don't get it.
The one without (which I ended up buying anyway) contains 97% fresh garlic, acidity regulator (270.330) and salt.
