Here are 2 quick snacks, depending on if you like a reuben or the classic corn beef special. I 'm a special fan . First make a little coleslaw. We use shredded cabbbage , a little mayo. dash of white vinegar, and a dash of splenda. Take thin cornbeef deli sliced and put on your favorite cheese and some cole slaw inside and wrap up. :thup: If you are a rueben fan , just take a micro safe plate. Pile on some cornbeef , a little bit of saurkraut, and cheese. Microwave until melted. It's very satisfying . :D :D
