Hi--- I found this GeniSoy brand of Soy Protein Powder at GNC, it's a 16.2oz can, and on the label it says Soy Ultra-XT Guarnteed Isoflavone Levels, IPP certified Non-GMO soybeans... and for every 35.5g (1scoop) it has

Claories: 100
Fat: 0
Carb: 0g
Dietary Fiber: 5G
Sugars: 0g
ingredients:
IP Suprosoy Brand Isolated Soy Protein,
IP Soy fiber,
Calcium carbonate,
Guar gum,
Cellulose gum and natural flavor
No artificial color, flavor or preservatives, no yeast, weat-gluten, egg, dairy, or animal derivatives, suitable for vegetarians.

It smells great and I mixed it with water, 1/4 cup heavy cream and davici vanila syrup, and it turns out to a pretty thick and smooth vanila shake -

I've run it through the hidden carb calculator, and the actual carb count is
-1.85g.

Is it too good to be true??? Is it okay to have everyday?

Doesn't sound too good to be true... but only you can decide if you can have soy protein every day... don't see why not, though.

I said "doesn't"... I mean it sounds fine.

If I thought 'twer bad, I'd say "does sound too good to be true", eh?
