I don't know if this is the right place for this, but I wanted to mention a flower essence remedy that helped me when I first turned to LC. I realized last fall that I had to lose weight if I wanted to reclaim a high quality of life but had no idea what was really the right path for me. I used the Magenta Self-Healer flower essence, created by Flower Essence Services, and focused my intention on a solution.
You've probably heard of the Bach flower remedies, and this is based on the same principles; but Flower Essence Services has created their own line of remedies that have been around for years and have been used by healers worldwide.
The self-heal flower is used for many first aid applications; in the Magenta Self-Healer essence, a group of flowers including self-heal have been combined to help find the healing path that's right for you.
